We do not keep stock and we build products as we get an order, which can take up to 7 days depending on the complexity of the order.
No, A deposit for all orders is required since we do not keep stock, once the order is ready for shipment the balance will need to be paid before delivery.
Yes and No, Orders that were ordered by mistake cannot be returned as it takes a lot of production hours for the build, in cases where the return is agreed on with the buyer if a defective product was supplied the customer will get a full refund, all products will be checked for QA before delivery.
